EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

EnviTec Biogas AG is a prominent player in the biogas sector, employing around 650 individuals and operating on an international scale. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to Management (m/f/d) to support our international sales team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparation of presentations, analyses, and statistics, along with support in sales controlling
  • Assistance in the standardization, revision, and maintenance of international contract and proposal processes
  • Organization of national and international sales and client meetings
  • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, including minute-taking
  • Coordination of travel management
  • Close collaboration with adjacent departments
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in the relevant field
  • Ability to quickly grasp economic contexts and engage with complex issues
  • Strong technical understanding and a keen interest in renewable energies
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages and international experience are advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems
  • Team-oriented, resilient, and possessing an organized and structured work style
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
