• Independently managing payroll processing for a designated group of employees, considering various working hours and compensation models while adhering to collective agreements, company policies, and legal regulations regarding taxation and social security.
• Maintaining employee master data and time management records, as well as the digital personnel file in SAP HR.
• Preparing and analyzing payroll-related actions (e.g., salary adjustments, performance evaluations, bonus payments).
• Collaborating with external entities such as social security agencies.
• Providing information to employees regarding company policies and collective agreements.
• Generating statistics and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Working with IT to implement collective or company-specific regulations in SAP HR.

• A completed vocational training of at least 3 years in a commercial field, such as industrial management.
• Professional experience in the aforementioned area is advantageous, ideally within an industrial company with a larger employee base.
• Familiarity with collective, tax, social security, and labor law regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP HR and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
