Job Summary:

SIG Sales is seeking a highly motivated and organized Außendienstmitarbeiter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, organizing inventory, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage inventory according to customer specifications
• Recruit and onboard new team members
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Conduct quality control checks and implement improvements
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or equivalent
• Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable
• Previous experience in sales or team leadership is an asset
