The Heinrich-Theißen-Haus in Bottrop offers a living space for individuals with intellectual disabilities, with or without the need for care. It is located next to the Rheinbabenwerkstatt, a workshop for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and a modern support area for those with severe multiple disabilities.

• Work in a residential group for individuals with intellectual disabilities and special support needs
• Develop individual support plans with residents and implement them
• Document support processes, identify flaws, and suggest alternatives
• Assist residents in their daily activities with enthusiasm
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and promote professional exchanges

• Completed training as a Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Pflegefachkraft, Erzieher/in, Sozialarbeiter/in, Pädagoge, Familienpfleger, or similar
• Responsible and reliable individual
