Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and training to our partners, focusing on software-related challenges and our suite of software solutions.
- Engage with engineers at our parent organization to address technical concerns and issues related to the software and operating systems provided.
- Design innovative software solutions that can enhance our existing product offerings.
- Develop comprehensive design documents that serve as a foundation for solution development.
- Create prototypes, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept applications for our solutions and support cases, as well as develop internal software tools.
- Generate technical and user documentation for newly created software solutions.
- Assist our internal IT department with software-related inquiries.
- In-depth understanding of the Android platform

- Proficiency in mobile application development
- Knowledge of cloud computing and web application/API development
- Familiarity with databases: SQL, MySQL
