Senior Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs

The Vice President of Corporate Legal & IP will act as the primary legal advisor to the executive board and key stakeholders within PAUL HARTMANN AG on all legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the corporate legal department, ensuring efficient organization and operation of legal, legal-tech, intellectual property, and data protection teams.
- Develop and implement strategies for in-house legal services and outsourcing as necessary, while advising subsidiaries on best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and internal clients to promote compliance with laws and regulations, supporting the overall success of the organization.
- Oversee daily legal operations, including the negotiation and drafting of international contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal counsel and representation, ensuring adherence to global governance and regulations, while managing litigation and dispute resolution.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of substantial legal experience, ideally from a mix of international law firms and senior in-house positions.
- Broad exposure to various legal disciplines, including corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, and data protection.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and experience in change management.
- A strategic business mindset with a history of serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
