Construction Manager for Automation Projects

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager for Automation Projects to lead our construction sites in the manufacturing industry focusing on automation technology (Robotics/PLC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take charge of construction sites, overseeing the installation of equipment, and managing project-specific teams.
- Project Execution: Ensure projects are completed efficiently, creating project documentation and reports as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with customers, project managers, team leaders, and external assembly firms to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction progress, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and coordinating materials and personnel on-site.
- Commissioning Support: Provide hands-on support for onsite commissioning activities.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Educational Background: A degree in electrical engineering, preferably with additional qualifications in automation technology.
- Experience: Relevant experience in construction/project management within automation/robotics in the automotive industry.
- Expertise: Knowledge of project management in the automotive industry.
- Work Ethics: Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and good command of English.
