**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Ernsting's family. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the sales floor, including cash register operation, stock placement, product presentation, and visual merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work independently to manage the store during your shift, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Utilize our store tablet to access product information, check availability, and activate customer cards.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
- A passion for fashion, families, and a friendly attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
