Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Digital Media, der unsere Online-Performance-Medienstrategie weiterentwickelt und umsetzt.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Online-Performance-Medienplanung und -Einkauf aller relevanten Kanäle (exkl. SEA & SEO)
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Strategische und operative Kampagnenplanung von der Analyse bis zur Auswertung und Optimierung von Marketing- und Werbekampagnen
  • Aufbereitung prägnanter Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Medieneinsatz der verschiedenen Marketingabteilungen des Konzerns
  • Budgeterstellung, -steuerung und -kontrolle inkl. der monatlichen Umsatzlisten sowie Kontrolle der Kosten des Medieneinsatzes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
  • Orchestrierung der Performance Maßnahmen mit Marketing-Technologie-Themen im Schulterschluss mit dem Team, Dienstleistern sowie unternehmensinternen Fachbereichen
Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Kenntnisse in der Koordination komplexer Performance-Kampagnen im Einklang mit Branding-Kampagnen
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen, Innovationsfreude, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, Strukturen aufzubauen
  • Proaktive, pragmatische Herangehensweise, Umsetzungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie politisches Fingerspitzengefühl und Loyalität
  • Kommunikationsgeschick auf unterschiedlichsten Ebenen, Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit in- und externen Stakeholdern sowie eine ausgeprägte Service-Orientierung
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
