IT Quality Assurance Manager

Continental is seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of IT Quality Assurance Manager. This position involves overseeing the quality and efficiency of our IT processes. You will collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and refine IT processes aimed at boosting productivity and performance. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in IT process management and quality assurance, along with a commitment to fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and uphold IT processes and procedures that meet industry standards
  • Assist in the assessment and design of enhancement strategies
  • Streamline the IT Onboarding Process
  • Lead the implementation of knowledge management processes and tools
  • Facilitate the Local Key User community for operational excellence
  • Oversee official IT communications

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in IT process management, quality assurance, or a similar area
  • In-depth knowledge of standard frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, etc.
  • Certification in Six Sigma or other relevant quality management methodologies is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
