Infineon Technologies AG is a leading provider of semiconductor solutions for the automotive industry. To meet the growing demand for reliable memory solutions, we have established a new development team in Dresden, Germany.
The team is responsible for the development of one-time-programmable (OTP) memory solutions that meet the high safety requirements for automotive applications. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in guiding the team and providing best-in-class memory solutions for Infineon's products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Guide the OTP memory design team and provide expertise in analog and mixed signal circuit design
- Own the top-level schematic of the memory and integrate all sub-blocks
- Develop new circuit concepts and verify their feasibility
- Design and verify analog chip designs using state-of-the-art tools
- Support customers in integrating the memories into their systems
- Review lab analyses and drive debugging and test development
- Communicate with stakeholders and resolve issues
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in analog and mixed signal circuit design
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
