As a member of our in-house media team, you will be instrumental in crafting top-tier media strategies for our marketing initiatives, engaging consumers with our esteemed brands, and achieving business objectives alongside our brand managers. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our media academy, gaining insights from experts and honing your skills to prepare for a career as a media specialist.

  • Oversee digital campaigns from inception to completion, including design, implementation, optimization, and assessment.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance through continuous analysis and optimization.
  • Take full ownership of campaign reporting, delivering insights on effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team, particularly with Marketing Technologists and Brand Managers, to execute a consumer-centric data strategy.
  • Lead special projects focused on innovation and digital initiatives.
  • Deliver real-time insights and proactive recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Utilize strong business acumen to bridge the gap between Media and Business, ensuring our campaigns effectively reach consumers with the right messages.

Candidate Profile

  • Completion of an apprenticeship in Industrial/Media/Marketing Clerkship or a related discipline is required.
  • A strong passion for digital media and marketing is essential.
  • Attributes such as accountability, independence, organization, curiosity, dedication, and analytical thinking are highly valued.
  • Fluency in German (C1) is required, along with proficiency in English for daily communication.
  • Proximity to Schwalbach im Taunus is necessary, with a willingness to work on-site several days a week.
