About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team as a Senior Physician at a leading rehabilitation clinic in Germany.

About the Clinic:

The clinic is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center with two specialized departments and a capacity for 250-300 beds. Our Orthopedic Department provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients undergoing joint or spinal surgery, as well as those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
• Lead a team of medical professionals and provide guidance and support
• Participate in the development of new treatment protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Contribute to the development of the clinic's strategic plan and goals

Requirements:

• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Orthopedic/Orthopedic Surgery
• Proven experience in rehabilitation medicine (desirable)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
