Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair work in residential units
• Replace cylinders, locks, glass panes, and secure windows and doors
• Repair and replace doors, windows, and their components
• Take accurate measurements for various projects
• Install and repair laminate and parquet flooring
• Assemble and disassemble fitted kitchens for insurance purposes

Qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Carpenter
• Experience in customer service roles
• Flexibility, ability to work independently, and a customer-oriented approach
