Position: Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)

Company Overview: Magna Energy Storage Systems, a part of Magna Cosma, is a prominent player in the automotive supply industry, recognized for our expertise in developing and manufacturing tank systems and components for diverse vehicle types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the design and assembly of PLC-controlled pneumatic fixtures.
  • Enhance production workflows for efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in electrical operating and production systems.
  • Support the implementation of conversion projects and new constructions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
  • Maintain and repair assembly robots and handling equipment.
  • Source spare parts and components as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician, Energy Systems Electronics Technician, or Electrician (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Familiarity with S5/S7 PLC programming is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of electro-pneumatic systems.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on reliability and precision.
  • Willingness to participate in rotating shifts, including early, late, and night shifts.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in German; English language skills are beneficial.
