Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Buying & Master Data team with daily administrative and operational duties.
- Help in the upkeep and enhancement of our online shop, including Marketplace integrations.
- Prepare and maintain data, and manage the listing of new brands and product launches.
- Create and track orders, manage flow control, and communicate directly with suppliers (international).
- Perform analyses and conduct market and trend evaluations.
- Enrolled in business studies from the 3rd semester or pursuing a comparable field of study.
- Proficient in MS-Office applications, especially Excel.
- Quick to grasp various systems and software (e.g., ERP systems, Backend, Jira).
- Strong command of both German and English languages.
- Passionate about beauty and lifestyle topics.
- Capable of working independently and demonstrating reliability.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
