Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise personnel and leadership on matters related to compliance, including ethical standards, anti-corruption policies, conflicts of interest, and competition regulations.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of the compliance framework and ensure adherence to ethical practices.
  • Design and implement comprehensive compliance training programs on a global scale.
  • Conduct investigations into internal compliance and ethical concerns.
  • Encourage a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Completed legal education in Germany or an equivalent qualification.
  • Preferred certification as a compliance and ethics professional.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance risk assessment and management strategies.
  • Proficient in compliance program requirements and fostering an ethical workplace culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of anti-corruption legislation, financial regulations, AML standards, competition laws, and global governance principles.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
