Aufgaben

Als Business Development Specialist wirst du ein zentraler Teil unseres Teams sein. Deine Aufgabe ist es, ARCTA in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen zu unterstützen und voranzutreiben. Du wirst direkt mit dem Gründungsteam zusammenarbeiten und wertvolle Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld sammeln.

  • Allround-Unterstützung: Aktive Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Bereichen unseres Startups.
  • Marktplatz-Pflege: Verwaltung und Optimierung unserer Online-Präsenz auf verschiedenen Plattformen.
  • Kooperationen: Identifikation und Aufbau von Partnerschaften mit anderen Marken und Unternehmen.
  • Neue Projekte und Produkte: Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Ideen und Artikel.
  • Strategieentwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsstrategien.
  • Sales & Marketing: Mitarbeit in Vertrieb und Marketing zur Steigerung unserer Sichtbarkeit und unseres Umsatzes.
Qualifikation
  • Studium: Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, E-Commerce oder einem verwandten Feld.
  • Erfahrung & Interesse: Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Commerce oder Marketing sind von Vorteil. Ein starkes Interesse am Outdoor-Bereich ist von Vorteil.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit unterschiedlichen Aufgaben zu arbeiten.
  • Selbstständigkeit: Hohe Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig sowie im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Kommunikation: Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
