About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Vössing Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects across various stages in the infrastructure, building, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on organizational, strategic, and technical aspects of project management.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives.
  • Take ownership of project contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure, building, and industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital project management tools.
