We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Waiter to join our team at the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin, managed by Marriott International. As a Banquet Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every event is a success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure that every event is a success
  • Work closely with the Convention Sales Team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard of quality and service
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and convention sales teams to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure that all events are executed in accordance with Marriott International's quality and service standards

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotel-/Restaurantfach sowie Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe oder ein Studium für Hotel-/Tourismus- bzw. Culinary Management
  • Quereinsteiger herzlichst willkommen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bankett, bestenfalls in einem Haus von ähnlicher Größe, ist ein Plus
  • Herzliche, authentische und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit
  • Mitreißende Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
  • Flexible Einsatzbereitschaft und ein beeindruckendes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick für das Detail
