We are seeking a Marketing Growth Intern (f/m/d; 20 hours weekly) to join our innovative startup.
Candidate Profile
- Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret data effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional creativity, making you a master of content development.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with diverse groups to achieve significant objectives.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, with additional German proficiency being advantageous.
- Show a proactive attitude and a desire to learn and take initiative.
- Have a passion for data analysis and experimentation to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Capable of designing and executing innovative tests to assess various marketing strategies and channels.
- Proficient in crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content across multiple platforms.
This role provides insight into rapidly evolving sectors (eCommerce & AI) and the nuances of building a B2B brand. Your responsibilities include:
- Campaign Assistance: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including email, social media, and search engines.
- Content Development: Collaborate in creating engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign success, generate insights, and suggest enhancements.
- Lead Nurturing: Assist in lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients and nurturing leads through diverse marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a relevant degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
