About the Role

We are currently seeking 2 dedicated Warehouse Workers (m/f/d) for our production facility in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm near Munich. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing goods receipts, including inspection, documentation, booking, and storage in the fully automated high-bay warehouse, refrigerated cells, or deep freeze cells
  • Loading and unloading trucks with forklifts and cargo securing
  • Internal transport of goods of all kinds
  • Supplying and clearing production, including repalletizing of goods for/from production, with activities in different temperature ranges (room temperature, +2/+8°C, -15/-25°C)
  • System-compliant storage, removal, and relocation of goods in the warehouse area
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse area
  • Ensuring quality and occupational safety by applying and complying with various measures and regulations (e.g. GDP and GMP)

Requirements

  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse specialist, or equivalent
  • Forklift license and 1-2 years of forklift experience
  • Willingness to work at heights (30 meters) required
  • Very good knowledge of German in both written and spoken
  • Sense of responsibility and dedication
  • Precise, careful, and skilled work
  • Accuracy, flexibility, teamwork, and resilience
  • Operational experience in warehouse area and basic understanding of technical and physical relationships
  • Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and/or warehouse management systems desirable
