We are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant (m/f/d) to provide high-quality care to our residents at our Senior Home in Korschenbroich.
Seniorenhaus Korschenbroich is a leading care facility located in the heart of Korschenbroich, providing a warm and welcoming environment for up to 117 residents across 3 living areas. Our goal is to create a sense of community, trust, and respect for all residents through personalized, empathetic, and professional care.
Together, we can make a difference. As a Caregiving Professional (m/w/d) at Seniorenhaus Korschenbroich, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities and mobility
- Implement preventive measures to promote resident well-being
- Conduct regular patient observations and document care activities
- Support with household tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Administer medications and assist with medical treatments
- Completed 1-year training as a Care Assistant or equivalent experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Responsibility, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Friendly and empathetic approach towards residents and families
- Proficient in German (B2 level)
