Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our Continence Care Business Unit in Germany. As a key member of our European team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, building a sales and marketing team, and working closely with key customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Continence Care Business Unit in Germany
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Work closely with key customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the European VP and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage P&L, revenue, and budget responsibilities for the Business Unit
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalency
  • Proven sales and marketing experience at leadership level
  • Strong knowledge of the German Healthcare market and system
  • Experience working with Homecare companies
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English and German language
