Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Zoll Agent - Global Trade Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of customs clearance procedures for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Customs Clearance: Ensure accurate and timely customs clearance of shipments, including preparation and submission of necessary documentation.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Documentation: Verify and process customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and other relevant documents.
• Reporting
  • Generate reports on customs clearance activities, including shipment status and any issues encountered.

  Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance, logistics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
