About the Role
We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our Subcontracting team. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders and receipts in SAP
- Verify and file documents in Salesforce, Vestas Online, and other systems
- Manage service requests in Salesforce
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- A completed technical or commercial education
- Proficiency in computer software, including Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts (technical experience not required)
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Organizational and adaptability skills
- Enjoy communication with external companies
