**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietary Assistant:in (w/m/d) to join our team. As a Dietary Assistant:in, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and analyze menu orders using a menu management system
- Prepare special diets and pureed meals
- Conduct daily checks on the dietary post at the food distribution band
- Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff
- Monitor and document HACCP hygiene guidelines
- Perform administrative tasks and respond to station requests
**Requirements**
- You must have a degree in dietetics or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills
- Excellent time and self-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of organization
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
