Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential employers for individuals who have been long-term unemployed.
  • Provide expert consultation to employers regarding job position requirements in accordance with the Participation Opportunities Act and assist in the integration of long-term unemployed individuals into the workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in job acquisition and personnel placement.
  • Strong intercultural competence.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local job market.
  • Exceptional communication and advisory skills.
  • Proficient documentation skills, including database management.
  • Experience in professional networking.
  • Valid driver's license Class B.
