Your Role:
- Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to define learning objectives
- Create and enhance e-learning modules, videos, and both online and face-to-face training sessions for various teams
- Develop multimedia content for training purposes
- Design and revise assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness
- Source external training resources in accordance with our procurement guidelines
- Oversee translations and incorporate them into learning modules while modifying layouts as necessary
Qualifications:
- A completed degree in Education or related fields
- Familiarity with e-learning development tools
- Preferred experience in digital training design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Methodical, outcome-focused, and budget-conscious work style
- Proactive approach with the ability to lead projects
- Knowledge of SAP-SF and Google Workspace is advantageous
