DataGuard is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and revenue through strategic partner development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive partner strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
About the Role
- Develop and execute a partner sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand DataGuard's market presence.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key partners, including system integrators, IT service providers, and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Provide sales support and guidance to partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in partner channel sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful partner sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
