YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success in daily operations.
- You will be accountable for the sales of service agreements, training products, and upgrades.
- You will collaborate closely with fellow Account Managers, the machinery sales team, and Business Development in a diverse international environment.
- In partnership with project staff from Services, Operations, and Machine Operations, you will manage internal projects.
- Your contributions will significantly impact the company's success through revenue generation and enhancing our brand image.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- You possess a completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a qualification as an industrial master, or you hold a bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in Key Account Management.
- Your background includes experience in the sales of complex products within the industrial B2B sector.
- You have previously worked in industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Healthcare, or Tooling.
- Knowledge and experience in additive manufacturing processes are advantageous.
- Strong communication and project management skills, combined with a solution-oriented mindset, complete your profile.
- You are fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
