Your Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Generative AI solutions that create innovative content, derive meaningful insights from unstructured data, and transform our operational workflows.
  • Transition analytical applications from initial proof-of-concept stages to full production, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.
  • Utilize the skills of a software and DevOps engineer to convert the specifications of Generative AI products into functional applications.
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary agile teams, working alongside AI engineers, product managers, and departmental specialists.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, leveraging your expertise in analyzing and resolving technical challenges.
Your Qualifications
  • A degree in (business) informatics, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A passion for software engineering and the development of diverse data-driven products.
  • Extensive experience in software development, particularly with Python or C/C++ in AI contexts, and the successful deployment of software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, the software development lifecycle (including CI/CD, DevOps, GitOps, MLOps, testing, and ideally LLMOps), and software design principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes/Helm, and infrastructure-as-code practices using Azure, GCP, or similar cloud services.
  • Analytical mindset, agile approach, self-sufficiency, and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in English, with a preference for additional knowledge of German.
