Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branding and Packaging Specialist to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our packaging design team, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing administrative tasks, supporting the creation of Lidl's own brand packaging, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure design consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize administrative tasks in the Branding and Packaging department
  • Support the development of Lidl's own brand packaging, including market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure design consistency and quality
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies, and Lidl's international teams

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
  • Ability to work on-site 1-2 days per week
