Your Impact:

As a prospective Late Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in guiding the future trajectory of PsyCurio, contributing significantly to our enduring success. Your involvement will directly correlate with the outcomes of your efforts. We have achieved medical product approvals for multiple conditions and are generating revenue in key markets. Our next step is to expand into additional territories. We have formed strategic alliances with health insurance providers and leading research institutions globally, including Stanford and Yale. Our team possesses deep expertise across technology, business development, psychology/medicine, and regulatory affairs. Your role will be to enhance this already strong team as we embark on our next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore opportunities for launching a new high-margin digital venture.
  • Conduct thorough research and assessment of potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with us to establish subsidiaries.
  • Provide interim management leadership for the company.
  • Assist in recruiting permanent management and facilitate their onboarding.
  • Be prepared to step in and provide support as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated commitment to elevating a startup to new heights.
  • Experience as a founder, successful exit, or in a C-level role within a startup for several years.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in digital business.

  • Proven organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in German is advantageous.
