International IT Project Manager for CAFM Implementation

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for international subsidiaries and key accounts regarding our central CAFM and ERP systems
- Oversee the implementation of IT solutions for new international client contracts
- Manage and qualify key user requests, providing best practice recommendations
- Support demand management throughout the change lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical concepts, implementation, and go-live
- Customize and document functional enhancements to central applications
- Coordinate system optimizations with external IT service providers
- Conduct user training for employees and key users in an international context
- Assist in sales support for presales activities and tenders
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in business informatics or a related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of facility management and/or maintenance software, preferably SAP-PM, MS Dynamics NAV, or Planon
- Understanding of facility management processes and related logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ITIL, IT governance, and provider management
- Excellent English communication skills, with good German proficiency (B2 Level)
- Proactive approach and strong motivation
- Creative thinking and willingness to travel (approximately 20%)
