About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation. As a key member of our IT security team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of secure IT systems and processes
  • Identify and mitigate security risks through threat analysis and countermeasure development
  • Collaborate with software development projects to ensure security best practices are followed
  • Design and implement security concepts for IT systems and processes
  • Contribute to the development of our security methods and tools to improve application security
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of threat modeling, application security, and secure software development
  • Experience in threat analysis and system architecture analysis
  • Ability to quickly understand complex system architectures and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen sense of situation-appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
