Wir suchen eine erfahrene Fachkraft für das Data Quality Management & Data Operations bei Thieme, einem führenden digitalen Lösungsanbieter im Bereich Healthcare.

Hauptrollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • **Aufbau eines operativ nutzbaren Stammdatenmanagement-Systems**: Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau eines operativ nutzbaren, zentralen Stammdatenmanagement-Systems und trägst maßgeblich zur digitalen Transformation unseres Unternehmens bei.
  • **Prozesse im Kontext des Master-Data-Managements (MDM)**: Du baust die Prozesse im Kontext des Master-Data-Managements (MDM) auf.
  • **Beratung und Optimierung**: Als Expert*in berätst du die Fachbereiche im MDM-Kontext und verstehst, hinterfragst und optimierst Business-Anforderungen.
  • **Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungen**: Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungen mit unserem MDM-System (STEP von Stibo Systems) und arbeitest bei der Umsetzung dieser eng mit unseren Dienstleistern zusammen.
  • **Optimierung der Datenqualität**: Du optimierst die Qualität der Stammdaten und stellst diese durch z.B. Transformationsregeln, Konsistenzchecks und Datenqualitätsanalysen sicher.
  • **Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vision und Roadmap für unser MDM-System**: Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vision und Roadmap für unser MDM-System maßgeblich mit.
Profil
  • **Abgeschlossenes Studium**: Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • **Erfahrung in MDM-Software**: Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung und/oder Zertifizierungen in der MDM-Software STEP von Stibo Systems (Fundamentals, Administration, CMDM o.ä.).
  • **Kenntnisse in Datenintegration**: Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis von Stammdatenmanagement, IT-Architekturen, Daten-Integration und MDM-Geschäftsprozessen.
  • **Erfahrung in Anforderungserhebung**: Erfahrung in der Anforderungserhebung.
  • **Kenntnisse in Data Governance und Data Quality**: Kenntnisse in Data Governance und Data Quality.
  • **Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen und Systemanbindung**: Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen (JavaScript, Python) und Systemanbindung (z.B. REST, SOAP).
  • **Kommunikations- und Steuerungskompetenz**: Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Steuerungskompetenz.
  • **Englischkenntnisse**: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
