Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

Our Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) play a crucial role in delivering solutions that ensure a rich feature set, high availability, and exceptional performance for our users. We seek individuals who bring innovative ideas, a fresh perspective, and enjoy collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement software and systems to oversee platform infrastructure and applications. Proactively manage and evolve our production environment while maintaining a comprehensive view of system health. Improve the reliability and quality of our software solutions through automation of deployments, dependency checks, updates, and more. Provide primary operational support and engineering expertise for distributed software systems. Collect and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to aid in performance optimization and troubleshooting. Collaborate with development teams to enhance services through thorough testing and release processes, as well as improve automation and introduce new frameworks based on insights. Engage in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning to create sustainable systems and services through automation and enhancements.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related fields. Proficient in programming (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages such as Python, Java, C/C#, or Rust. Familiarity with distributed storage technologies and dynamic resource management frameworks. A proactive mindset for identifying issues, performance bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement. Well-organized with an analytical and goal-oriented approach to work. Excellent English communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and opinions to stakeholders.Benefits
