We are a young startup based out of Berlin, one of the most vibrant and multicultural cities in all of Europe. Our vision and mission driving us is to facilitate and accelerate the transition of our building sector to sustainable and energy-efficient digital infrastructure of the future.
Our TeamWe have a diverse team with expertise in Digital Twins and Building Information Modelling, along with several intriguing polarities and tangents in Architecture 3D-Modelling sphere. We are highly passionate and driven, just like any other startup, but we love to have a great fold of spontaneous fun and excitement as we are working with all our energy in our small team.
What We're Looking For- A seasoned Project Manager with multiple years of experience in the AEC Industry.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Excellent business communication skills, with great negotiating and networking abilities.
- The ability to work independently and in synergy with a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with the AEC Industry and its dynamics.
- Fluency in English and German, at native-efficiency level.
- Manage a high volume of projects in the architecture and construction sector.
- Follow project deadlines and milestones simultaneously for several projects.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with our team of BIM-Architects, BIM-Engineers, 3D-Modellers, and Surveyors.
- Maintain communication with our clients and business partners to keep everyone in the process well-informed.
- Creatively solve problems and issues in the project as they arise and support the team with project timeline planning.
- Flexible work arrangements to suit your productivity and life goals.
