We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Maintenance Manager to join our team in Stadtallendorf. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and efficiency of our production facilities, leading a team of maintenance professionals, and contributing to the development of our Lean Management practices.

• Coordinate and organize maintenance activities to ensure optimal production facility availability.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals in a multi-shift system, driving Lean Management initiatives forward.
• Identify and eliminate weaknesses in our production processes, with a focus on safety and equipment availability.
• Oversee the efficient use of internal and external resources, lead maintenance and investment projects, and participate in planning the maintenance budget.
• Provide forecasts, analyze potential cost reductions, and ensure accuracy in maintenance planning.

• Completed training with further education in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated success in personnel management and staff development.
• Strong team problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, assertiveness, flexibility, and resilience.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Adherence to hygiene and environmental protection regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP-R3 and MS-Office.
• Fluency in German and good English skills.
