We are in search of a Senior Product Designer to enhance our digital offerings at IU Internationale Hochschule. This role is pivotal in refining our brand's online presence through exceptional UX/UI design and effective Design System Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting UX/UI Design Solutions: Spearheading the development of user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly across various digital platforms.
- Design System Management: Actively participating in the creation and upkeep of our design system to ensure uniformity and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaging with UX designers, product managers, and developers to align design efforts with organizational objectives.
- Brand Consistency Maintenance: Guaranteeing that all design outputs resonate with our brand identity and strategic vision.
- User Interface Evaluation: Continuously analyzing website usability and implementing data-driven enhancements.
- Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior designers and disseminating advanced design insights.
- Industry Awareness: Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in design.
We seek candidates with a robust background in UX/UI design, familiarity with design systems, proficiency in relevant design tools, strong teamwork capabilities, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
