{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Developer to join our team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our ERP systems, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and meet the needs of our business.

Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, engaging in requirement analysis, and delivering effective solutions. You will also provide advice and support to colleagues, assisting with their technical challenges, and handle diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve system issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need good programming skills in.net Core (C#), optional: JavaScript, HTML, C++. A completed professional qualification in IT and a good understanding of software and system architecture, including distributed systems, are also essential.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be a strong communicator and team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our business objectives.
