ROLE OVERVIEW

We strive to enhance our financial processes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Procurement Specialist proficient in French and English, you will oversee various operational purchasing tasks. Your role will include:
- Implementing and adhering to procurement policies while managing the Purchase-to-Pay process.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to process orders in accordance with established guidelines.
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods and addressing any discrepancies that arise.
- Maintaining and updating master data for contracts within our IT systems.
- Serving as the primary contact for operational procurement inquiries from internal customers, suppliers, and finance colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field; vocational training is also acceptable.
- Some professional experience in business or commerce, with a preference for procurement experience.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is advantageous.
- Proficiency in standard IT applications; familiarity with SAP or other procurement software is a plus.
- Adept at identifying customer needs and providing effective consultation.
