About the Role:
Mercedes-Benz Group AG is a leading automotive company in the world, with a strong focus on innovation and software development. As a Product Strategy & Control Specialist for MB.OS, you will play a key role in shaping the future of E/E and software development for Mercedes-Benz Cars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic product content and manage the MB.OS portfolio
- Develop and implement project management processes to achieve project goals within budget and time frame
- Conduct feasibility studies and define customer requirements in close coordination with specialist departments
- Support the maturity level processes and data preparation for rollout management
- Participate in the continuous improvement of software content management and develop process optimizations
- Drive project-specific topics in collaboration with related departments
Requirements:
- Degree in commercial studies, mechanical engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Confident written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Independent working style, affinity for innovative topics, commitment, and ability to work in a team
