Cybersecurity Business Partner (f/m/d)
Overview of the Position
As a Cybersecurity Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in addressing a wide range of cybersecurity support inquiries from diverse teams and individuals throughout the organization, facilitating the advancement of business operations. Your involvement will also extend to enhancing internal cybersecurity capabilities and fostering communities aimed at proactively bolstering the organization’s cybersecurity framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, nurture, and support various cybersecurity communities across Siemens Energy's countries, divisions, and functions, including Cybersecurity Ambassadors and ACP communities.
- Provide guidance to non-senior management and cybersecurity communities on all facets of cybersecurity.
- Promote cybersecurity goals within local communities.
- Assess community business needs for cybersecurity and ensure its effective delivery.
- Engage in selected agile teams within CYS and other departments to facilitate cybersecurity functions.
- Identify and safeguard critical assets while managing the cybersecurity risk management process, vulnerabilities, and incident response.
- Conduct training and awareness initiatives, and develop risk treatment strategies.
- Monitor and report on stakeholders' adherence to cybersecurity compliance.
Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Extensive professional experience across various functions and sectors in Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional, multinational teams.
- Proficient in evaluating security threats and their potential impact on the organization.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across diverse functions at various levels, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
- Proven experience in leading initiatives across organizational reporting lines.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative approach in global networks, ensuring the effective implementation of cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, you possess analytical and strategic thinking skills to advance cybersecurity initiatives.
- As you operate in an international context with a focus on supporting business activities in Germany, you bring business-fluent English and German language proficiency, along with local language skills, and the willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
