About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Transformation Management Consultant to join our team at Reply Deutschland SE. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing complex transformation projects, particularly in the areas of sales, marketing, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing transformation projects from requirements gathering to end-user training and system Go-Live, serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders
  • Contribute own ideas and take on responsibilities in a dynamic project environment with well-known clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support projects and ensure successful implementation

Requirements
  • Successful completion of studies in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Natural Sciences, or similar fields
  • Previous experience in IT in Project Management or Change Management preferred (including internships or working student positions)
  • Passion for learning, taking responsibility, and strong IT affinity
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, willingness to travel nationally
