Senior Digital Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to join our team at THE MARCOM ENGINE in Munich. As a key member of our web analytics team, you will be responsible for leveraging Adobe Target to optimize our client's digital experiences through personalized content and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Adobe Target to deliver personalized experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement
  • Develop hypotheses and strategies to improve personalization and conversion rates based on data analysis and industry best practices
  • Create and execute testing and personalization strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations from the results
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics and other data sources to gather insights and measure the impact of optimization efforts
  • Generate comprehensive reports on test performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Personalization, Conversion Rate Optimization, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in digital marketing or CRO is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics as well as A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target or similar platforms
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for solving problems and improving user experiences
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas
  • Fluency in English, German would be a plus
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
