Data-Driven Product Optimization

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all teams have access to accurate and timely data to inform their decisions
  • Promoting a culture of data-driven insights across the organization
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive data tracking and analytics capabilities

You will work closely with our data team to design and implement data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Your expertise in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and mobile measurement partners will be essential in driving business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior business analyst role, preferably in a BI or data-focused department
  • Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and mobile measurement partners
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
