We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team at Knödgen KG in Recklinghausen in full-time or part-time capacity.

**Your Responsibilities:**

• Operational Management: You will be responsible for organizing and executing the entire operational daily business

• Employee Management: You will be the point of contact for our employees and will be responsible for personnel deployment planning

• Customer Consulting: You will be the driving force behind our customers in the areas of store appearance, store operations, and customer loyalty

• Product Development: You will develop our current product range while taking into account our sales figures and will have an eye for the optimal design of our sales floor

• Management: You will ensure that everything runs smoothly in our store by securing business operations

**Your Profile:**

• Education: You hold a degree in retail or have completed a leadership development program in the retail industry

• Experience: You have extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly in the food retail sector, and have knowledge of the full-range product assortment

• Communication Skills: You possess excellent social skills and are able to communicate effectively with your team members

• Engagement: You are motivated, open-minded, and enjoy working with food products

• Organization: You are flexible, motivated, and possess excellent organizational skills
