Paint Finishing Assistant

We are currently looking for Paint Finishing Assistants (m/f/d) to join our team.

• Permanent employment in a dynamic and expanding organization
• Salary based on mutual agreement (minimum in accordance with the IGZ/DGB collective agreement)
• Additional compensation for night shifts, overtime, weekend, and holiday work, along with special bonuses and incentives
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses
• Annual leave ranging from 26 to 30 days
• Weekly advance payments available if required
• Provision of work attire and personal protective gear
• High percentage of our personnel (m/f/d) being successfully placed with our clients

• Preparation of surfaces on steel beams and other components utilizing various techniques
• Sanding and filling tasks
• Touch-up work on coated surfaces

• No formal qualifications necessary
• Some background in painting or automotive painting is preferred
• Team-oriented, motivated, and self-driven
• Capability to work autonomously
